William Henry Maus, Jr ‘45, passed away on July 8, 2019. He attended St. Anthony Catholic School, Central Catholic, and the University of Notre Dame. Surviving are his children William H. (Vida) Maus III, Arthur J (Karen) Maus, Francis J. (Terry) Maus, Elizabeth Ann Maus, Edward D. Maus, James P. (Michelle) Maus, and Daniel E. (Mary) Maus. 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Bill is survived by his Sisters Jane Maus Hearne and Julie (William) Norcross, brother John (Ann) Maus and was preceded in death by his brother Thomas Sr. (Judy) Maus and also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Suzanne Winterer Camp, After a brief illness, Suzanne “Sue” Winterer Camp of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, passed away in her home surrounded by members of her family on June 20, 2019. Mrs. Camp was 86 years old, and is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, James D. “Jim” Camp, Jr. Mrs. Camp is also survived by her five children, Dorothy “Darcy” Camp McCurry, Marie Camp Hansen (Leo C. Hansen), James D. Camp, III (Dr. Maria C. Camp), William M. Camp (Wendy T. Camp), and Suzanne Camp Bass (Dr. Brian E. Bass), along with 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Rosemary Winterer Pacini, of Florence, Italy, and her sister-in-law, Victoria T. Winterer, of Boca Grande, Florida and Essex, Connecticut, along with 13 nieces and nephews, some of whom affectionately knew her as “Aunt Dee Dee”.  Sue volunteered as a substitute teacher at St. Anthony Catholic School.  Throughout her life, she believed in and emphasized the importance of education and learning, achieved through formal schooling and practical experience.

William “Bill” Thies ‘52, passed away on January 23, 2018. He attended St. Anthony Catholic School, Central Catholic, and the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Thies is survived by daughters, Krista Marx, Heidi O’Connor, and Katrina; sons, Bill ‘73, Jim ‘76, and brother, Dennis ‘59; sisters, Judy Bullington, and Maryann Peers, 11 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.

Stanley Kramer IV ’96 passed away on December 29, 2017. He graduated from Saint Thomas and FAU. Stan was the brother of Corrie Kramer ’94. He was married to Nina and worked as a computer repair consultant.

Mitchell Douglas Thieme ’03 passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2017.  He graduated from Cardinal Gibbons and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Colin Saunders ’89 passed away on March 5, 2017. Colin was the brother of Ryan Saunders ’98 and the longtime Durham Bulls Clubhouse Manager.

Michael Johnston ’98 passed away on January 22, 2017. He graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School and Florida State University.

Rene Lecerte ’82 passed away on March 1, 2010.  Rene was a resident of Lake Worth and was married to Grisel.
